The monthly magazine had become too inwardly focused with much of it's editorial covering new hires, company picnics and policy issues. As a result, readership and advertising revenues had dropped off significantly over the years.
We recommended redesigning the publication to include more stories that help members with every day issues on the job. Provide them with articles and stories that help them grow as ITS professionals.

This proved to be true – BICSI was able to raise advertising rates while also attracting new business from companies that had previously declined to advertise. The new design positions the publication as a highly technical and authoritative resource packaged in a contemporary, stylish way. Readership is up 28% following the redesign.
