Usability is a key component of running a successful Website, whether it is e-commerce driven or not.

If users can’t navigate your Website easily, completing the tasks and actions you have determined are needed for success, the Website will not deliver the results you want. UserLytics is a new Web service that offers state-of-the-art remote user testing to determine the usability of any Website.

The company was looking for a design partner to develop a Website that fulfilled three key goals:

• Create a memorable brand experience
• Score very highly on the usability scale
• Present the features and benefits in an engaging manner
• Motivate users to sign-up for the free trial

We designed the marketing front-end of the Website and the extensive user “dashboard” that is a key part of the UserLytics deliverable. The dashboard is where the customer sets-up, reviews and manages their Website usability test. Inside the dashboard, the customer can review video recordings of testers as they perform the tasks that are required in the test, while both hearing and reading their comments as they complete actions like making a purchase in an online store, completing a Web form or navigating through a series of instructions.

In addition to the Website design and development, we created an engaging video to showcase the main features of the site in a friendly and accessible manner. From the creation of the storyboard and writing the script, to directing the shoot and editing the final cut, we managed the process from start to finish.
